We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement analysts.
    • Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities.

  • Advanced Strategy Development:
    • Analyze complex procurement processes and challenges faced by clients.
    • Develop and implement advanced procurement strategies tailored to intricate and unique situations.
    • Utilize critical thinking to solve high-level procurement issues and drive value for clients.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
    • Present findings, recommendations, and strategies to executive-level stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance procurement processes.
    • Lead initiatives to implement best practices and innovative solutions across client organizations.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Leverage data analytics and machine learning tools to interpret complex data sets.
    • Transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles.
    • Proven experience managing and leading teams.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing advanced procurement strategies for complex situations.
